SiteGalaxy License Terms

These terms apply when you buy a SiteGalaxy Pro or Agency license from JSRG Ventures (“JSRG,” “we,” “us”). By completing a purchase, you agree to them. If you’re buying for a business, you’re agreeing on its behalf.

The Plans

• SiteGalaxy Free is available at no cost on WordPress.org. It needs no license key and isn’t covered by these terms.
• SiteGalaxy Pro is $79 per year. Its license key can be activated on up to 3 sites at a time.
• SiteGalaxy Agency is $399 per year. Its license key can be activated on up to 25 sites at a time, including sites you manage for clients.

The Code Is GPL. These Terms Cover Your License Key.

All SiteGalaxy code is released under the GNU General Public License (GPL), version 2 or later, the same license as WordPress itself. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the GPL.

What you buy is a license key. While your license is active, the key unlocks Pro or Agency features on your allowed number of sites and gives you plugin updates and support. You can move a key from one site to another by deactivating it on the old site first. License keys are for you or your business. Please don’t share, publish, or resell them.

Agency licenses include white-label features you may use to present SiteGalaxy reports under your own brand.

Automatic Renewal

Pro and Agency licenses renew automatically every year until you cancel. On each renewal date, we charge the payment method on file the yearly price for your plan: $79 for Pro or $399 for Agency, plus any applicable tax. At checkout, we ask you to agree to automatic renewal before you buy.

Reminder before each renewal. We email you between 15 and 45 days before each renewal date. The reminder names your plan, the amount and how often you’ll be charged, the renewal date, and how to cancel.

Price changes. If the price of your plan changes, we’ll email you clearly before the new price applies, and you can cancel before you’re charged it.

How to cancel. You can cancel automatic renewal online at any time from the Order History page, or by emailing admin@jsrgventures.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your license stays active until the end of the year you’ve already paid for. We’ll confirm your cancellation by email.

14-Day Refunds

If you’re not happy with SiteGalaxy, email admin@jsrgventures.com within 14 days of any charge, including a renewal, and we’ll refund that charge in full. You don’t need to give a reason. When we refund a charge, the license key for that purchase is deactivated.

After 14 days, charges aren’t refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If SiteGalaxy isn’t working the way it should, contact us anyway. We’ll do our best to make it right.

When a License Expires

If you cancel, or a renewal payment fails and isn’t resolved, your license expires at the end of its term. SiteGalaxy then reverts to the Free version. Nothing is deleted: your scans, categories, and plans stay in your database, but features beyond the Free version are locked until you renew. Renew at any time and everything unlocks right where you left off.

Upgrades

You can upgrade from Pro to Agency at any time. You pay only the prorated difference for the rest of your current license year, and your renewal date stays the same. From then on, your license renews at the Agency price.

Support

Active Pro and Agency licenses include support for installing and using SiteGalaxy. Support doesn’t include carrying out a restructuring plan on your site. That work is available separately through JSRG Ventures.

Your Site and Your Data

SiteGalaxy reads your site’s pages and links. It doesn’t change your content on its own, but any changes you make by following a plan are your responsibility. Please keep current backups of your site before making structural changes.

No Warranty

SITEGALAXY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We work hard to make it reliable, but we don’t promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every theme, plugin, or host. We also don’t guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, or AI search result.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, JSRG ISN’T LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST TRAFFIC. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO SITEGALAXY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR SITEGALAXY IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Some places don’t allow these exclusions or limits, so they may not all apply to you. If you’re a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away rights the law in your country or state gives you that can’t be waived by contract.

Changes to These Terms

We may update the plugin, its features, or these terms. If we make a material change to these terms, we’ll update the date at the top and email active customers before it takes effect. For an active license, the change applies starting with your next renewal, so you can cancel before then if you don’t agree.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
